Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Collaborate with medical providers to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following established nursing models. Ensure complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology and resolve patient requests proactively.
