Job Summary
RN - Ortho/Spine Unit, Night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. Requires 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit; ADN or BSN pathways described with BSN preferred and an ADN-to-BSN progress requirement. Licensure in Illinois as a Registered Nurse and CPR certification are required. Provides professional nursing care under Act and hospital policies, exhibits critical thinking, assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, documents observations, delegates tasks, and collaborates with the team to meet unit goals. Full-time position with rotating weekends/holidays and incentive opportunities, benefits, tuition reimbursement, parking, and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
