RN - Ortho/Spine - Nights

Provide professional nursing care for the Ortho/Spine unit in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record pertinent observations. Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to fulfill unit goals. This full-time role requires 36 hours per week, including nights from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates must hold a current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and either a BSN or ADN (with a BSN completion plan if holding only an ADN).
