Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for specific patient populations with diverse health issues. Key responsibilities include gathering patient data, developing and revising care plans, administering medications, providing direct patient care, and supervising nursing activities. The role requires teamwork, effective communication with patients and families, and adherence to nursing standards and protocols. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program, have RN licensure in New Hampshire, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- One year prior clinical nursing experience
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Experience in working effectively with patients and care providers
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team
