Job Summary
The RN Orthopedic unit at Moses Cone with night and weekend rotation delivers high-quality patient care under general supervision, coordinating care through the nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include reviewing patient needs and conditions, analyzing medical history and diagnostics to develop individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, reconciling medical records for regulatory compliance, evaluating patient response to interventions, collaborating with the care team to ensure effective care planning, and performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR) - American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Licensure/Certification/Listing requirements as applicable to NC or compact state
