Job Summary
Remote RN Organ Allocation Coordinator supports adult and pediatric solid organ transplantation by evaluating donor organ offers, coordinating allocation with multidisciplinary transplant teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance (OPTN/UNOS, CMS). The role provides remote coordination with on-site monthly meetings in Charleston, and requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication across platforms, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while maintaining patient safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Three years of nursing experience
- Current South Carolina licensure or compact-state licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC)
