RN OR SURGERY-Experienced ONLY Jefferson Highway

The RN OR Surgery position requires a leader in patient care who utilizes the nursing process while ensuring compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code for Nurses. Responsibilities include effective delegation and direction of team members, accountability for patient outcomes, and active involvement in achieving departmental goals. Candidates must possess strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in computer applications, and interpersonal abilities to supervise and evaluate team performance. Required qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school, valid RN license, and current BLS certification.
