Job Summary
RN OR Spine position in UCHealth’s Anschutz Pavilion (Aurora, CO) requiring an RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program with at least 6 months OR nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship. Direct perioperative patient care in OR/PACU with a focus on evidence-based practice and safety; role includes precepting new staff and contributing to a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment. Onsite role (Days shift) with competitive pay differential for OR experience; benefits include health coverage, PTO, retirement plans, tuition support, and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of OR nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
