Job Summary
RN with an on-site role at Edgerton Care Center in Edgerton, WI. Provides safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders; administers medications; assesses residents; documents care in EMR; supervises LPNs and CNAs; ensures infection control and safety; collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team. Flexible scheduling across Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with weekend options. Compensation includes base hourly pay ($38.00–$44.56) plus shift differentials ($2.00 PM, $2.50 NOC) and weekend-program upgrades (Select, Pro, Elite levels with additional weekend pay). Benefits include health insurance options, dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and EAP. Must hold an active RN license in Wisconsin (or licensure by reciprocity) and CPR certification; strong communication skills and ability to work with residents, families, and the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity
- CPR certification
- English literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
