Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating workflows for room setup, turnover, and supplies in the ENT Main Operating Room. Organize service implementation in the assigned specialty area and function as a staff resource for breaks and lunches. Assist in orienting new coworkers and permanent team members under the leader's direction. Maintain a current RN license and CPR certification. Full-time days schedule at Mercy STL.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing program
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Minimum of 1 year OR RN experience
- CPR required
