RN OR Resource Coordinator - Main Operating Room (ENT)

Coordinate patient care and organize workflow in the ENT Main Operating Room, including room setup, turnover, and supply management. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while working in conjunction with service leaders. Manage equipment needs prior to case start and function in a staff role as needed for breaks and lunches. Assist in orienting new coworkers and permanent team members. Obtain and maintain current RN licensure and CPR certification. Work full-time days at Mercy STL Main Operating Room.
