RN OR Resource Coordinator - Main Operating Room (ENT)

Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments and organize service implementation in the ENT specialty area. Perform primary nursing functions including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Manage OR workflow efficiently by handling room set-up, turnover, and supply/equipment needs prior to case start. Assist in departmental operational support and orient new team members under the leader's direction. This role is based at Mercy STL Main Operating Room for the ENT Service Line.
