Job Summary
RN Team Lead in outpatient department leading a self-directed team, collaborating with clinicians to design and facilitate workflow processes, mentor and coach team members, participate in hiring/training/evaluations, ensure adherence to HIPAA and quality standards, and provide clinical leadership in a Kaiser Permanente outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support required at hire
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire
- Completion of Kaiser Permanente LMP Training prior to or upon hire
- Demonstrates experience in clinical, leadership and team building skills
- Able to type 20 words per minute
