Job Summary
Weekend RN or LPN position at Arden Ridge Health and Rehabilitation. Responsible for direct resident care, coordinating with nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage, conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with facility policies, addressing resident and family concerns, and supporting continuous improvement. Requires current nursing license in the practicing state and at least 3 years of nursing experience; weekend shifts from 7am to 7pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays; includes comprehensive benefits and scheduling flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
- Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
