RN or LPN Supervisor weekends

RN or LPN Supervisor on weekends responsible for managing resident and staff activities, applying nursing practice and management skills, ensuring resident care is administered in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Directs the formulation and implementation of resident’s care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills. Serves as professional role model to the other staff.
