RN or LPN Pine Ridge

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process while incorporating family-centered principles. Develop teaching strategies for patients and families based on their input and goals, then document all education in health records. Provide professional nursing care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, adhering to Corewell Health policies and procedures. This role includes a day shift from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a weekend rotation every other Saturday, Sunday, and holiday. Candidates must hold a State of MI RN or LPN license with an Associate's Degree or approved nursing program, respectively, and obtain Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
