Provide skilled nursing care, including tube feeding management, breathing treatments, incontinence care, and medication administration for a nonverbal client with Cornelia de Lange syndrome. Conduct ongoing assessments, monitor for complications, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate records of all services provided. Monday through Thursday and alternating Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Current Ohio LPN or RN license required; experience with tube feedings and respiratory treatments preferred.
