RN or LPN--Full-Time – Avondale, AZ

Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home by following physician orders, administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with activities of daily living. Maintain a safe environment while communicating effectively with physicians, families, and the clinical team. Complete accurate clinical documentation and utilize electronic charting. This full-time, weekday position (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM) offers one-on-one private duty nursing for medically fragile children and young adults.
