Job Summary
Conduct on-call nursing coverage for the Inpatient Unit and Emergency Department, working at least two shifts every six weeks. Participate in a six-to-eight-week preceptor program covering Medical, Surgical, OB, ICU, and ED specialties. Maintain patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:4 during the day and 1:5 at night. Earn shift differentials of $12/hour for Monday through Thursday and $18/hour for Friday through Sunday. This role supports RiverView Health's community-focused mission within Crookston, MN, offering a scholarship program for enrolled students.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Minnesota LPN or RN license
- Current American Heart BLS certification
