Job Summary
Provide direction, assessment, supervision, and evaluation of resident care while implementing facility policies and coordinating nursing activities with the health care team. Supervise and develop all CNAs within the Long Term Care unit. This full-time, 12-hour day shift role includes every other weekend rotation for RNs or LPNs with a charge-qualified position. The Helen Newberry Joy Hospital & Healthcare Center team values compassion, customer service, and teamwork in a relaxed Newberry, Michigan setting.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN License
- BLS
