RN or LPN

Plan, implement, and document nursing care while assisting physicians during procedures and conducting patient tests. Administer medications as permitted and foster safety by teaching self-care skills related to conditions and medications. Collaborate with the healthcare team and engage residents and families in education. This role supports Adams Health's mission within senior living, requiring a valid Indiana RN or LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience preferred. Work 40 hours weekly on the third shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) with an on-call rotation and every-other-weekend schedule. Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for RNs or $12,000 for LPNs, with medical coverage starting day one.
