Provide patient care in the Pediatric ICU unit from 7p-7a, utilizing the nursing process to maintain professional accountability and coordinate care across departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, along with prolonged standing, walking, and reaching. This full-time night shift role includes rotational weekends and holidays, with incentives such as sign-on bonuses based on experience and tuition reimbursement up to $20,000 for new graduates.
