Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Advocate for patients within the healthcare team and shape hospital-wide policies to improve care delivery. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and one year of hospital experience preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Bachelor?s degree
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
