RN OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Head and Neck

Coordinate nursing care in the RN OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator role for the Head and Neck unit, directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care during the shift. Collaborates with management to create a teamwork-driven environment, supports patient-first initiatives, implements nursing strategies (e.g., employee rounding, hourly rounds), assists with admission/discharge processes and patient throughput, provides recommendations on interviewing and training, assists with staff scheduling and labor management, and supports inventory control and equipment management. Requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's Degree, and BCLS within 90 days; aims to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and improve departmental performance.
