Scrub and circulate across diverse OR specialties including Robotics, Oncology, and Cardiac, while participating in complex surgeries utilizing advanced technology. Serve as an integral perioperative team member advocating for patients under anesthesia, collaborating with multidisciplinary providers on clinical decision-making and delegation. Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety standards, and ethical practices while reporting hazards and evaluating care priorities. Work evening shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm) with weekend and on-call responsibilities.
