Scrub in and circulate across diverse OR specialties including robotics, oncology, transplant, and cardiac for complex surgeries using advanced technology. Serve as an integral perioperative team member and advocate for patients undergoing anesthesia or sedation while collaborating on shared clinical decision-making. Maintain professional standards by reporting safety hazards, supervising task delegation, and evaluating priorities through the nursing process. Work evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 40 hours weekly, with weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation as assigned.
