RN, Operating Room

Provide high-quality patient care in the surgical setting at the Level 1 Trauma Center Main Operating Room, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement while individualizing the plan of care to address specific patient needs. Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members, report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors, and utilize the nursing process to integrate all aspects of care. Work the night shift from 9:00pm to 7:30am for 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as assigned.
