Scrub in and circulate across diverse OR specialties including Robotics, Oncology, and Cardiac while managing complex surgeries with advanced technology. Serve as an integral perioperative team member advocating for patients under anesthesia and collaborate on shared clinical decision-making. Maintain safety standards by reporting environmental hazards and medical errors, while supervising delegation and prioritizing interventions using the nursing process. Work evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 40 hours weekly, with weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation as assigned.
