Job Summary
RN- Operating Room: Provides professional nursing care in the operating room, including assessment of patients, development of a plan of care, implementation and evaluation of the plan, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsible for accurate documentation, participation in quality improvement activities, adherence to ethics and professional standards, and ensuring patient safety. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing with Georgia RN licensure; BLS and ACLS (obtained within one year of hire); 1-2 years nursing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Location: Albany, GA. This is a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in from a state accredited School of Professional Nursing (Preferred)
- Licenses and Certifications Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within one year of hire
