Job Summary
Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation as a Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room. Direct and coordinate all nursing care for surgical patients based on established clinical standards while functioning as a patient advocate for the anesthetized patient. Meet the physiologic and functional needs of surgical patients to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery. Requires one to three years of Operating Room experience, an RN license in Massachusetts, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Per diem hours scheduled as needed at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse [RN -Massachusetts]
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS or ENPC
- One (1) to three (3) years Operating Room experience
- Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
