RN Operating Room, Ortho - Allegheny General Hospital

Coordinate supplies, instrumentation, and equipment for pre and intraoperative care while ensuring all devices function properly. Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition throughout the procedure. Act as patient advocate by documenting care delivered in compliance with hospital, departmental, and regulatory agencies. Monitor the surgical environment to ensure aseptic technique is followed by the surgical team. This role operates within the perioperative arena at Allegheny General Hospital, a Magnet-recognized Level 1 Trauma Center.
