RN-Operating Room Main Hospital Complex Springfield

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the Operating Room, maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Obtain and maintain a current RN license within the hiring state or compact licensure area. Hold a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within the probation period. Work in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center with 1:1 patient ratios to ensure safety.
