RN-Operating Room Main Hospital Complex Springfield

Provide patient care in the Operating Room using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality of patient information are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards within a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center that is the area's only Regional Burn Center. Maintain 1:1 patient ratios to ensure both patient and coworker safety.
