RN, Operating Room - Inpatient (Ground FL)

Demonstrate competency in clinical practice by independently implementing the nursing process for complex patients and families while adapting care to rapidly changing conditions. Operate unit-based patient care technology and computerized information systems efficiently, ensuring safe, competent care aligned with current guidelines and evidence-based practice resources. Delegate care where appropriate, serve as a preceptor for new employees and students, and conduct self-assessments to identify learning needs. Implement infection control procedures, report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately, and refer to other providers for continuity of care. Participate in quality improvement studies and readiness activities. Work 6:45AM-7:15PM with no weekend requirements.
