RN, Operating Room - Inpatient Ground FL Atlanta (Nights)

Demonstrate competency in clinical practice by independently implementing the nursing process for complex patients and families. Operate unit-based patient care technology and computerized information systems while integrating evidence-based practice resources into daily care. Delegate care where appropriate, serve as a preceptor for new employees and students, and participate in quality improvement studies for patient safety. Implement infection control procedures, report equipment malfunctions or injuries immediately, and consult with other providers to ensure continuity of care. Work nights from 7 PM to 7 AM at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.
