RN Operating Room - Flagstaff - Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available!

Assess patient needs and conditions in the operating room, develop individualized plans of care, and implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Maintain sterile fields, adhere to infection prevention standards, and collaborate with physicians and ancillary personnel. Document assessments, EMR entries, and patient responses accurately; report safety incidents through the Midas/RDE tool. Participate in ongoing education, mentor colleagues, and ensure all certifications and licenses remain current. Complete mandatory training modules and maintain clinical competencies as assigned by the departmental leader. Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license and BLS/ACLS certification required. On-call rotation may be required depending on the unit.
