RN Operating Room - Flagstaff

Assess patient needs and conditions in the operating room, develop individualized plans of care, and implement interventions to attain expected outcomes. Perform aseptic techniques, maintain sterile fields, and adhere to infection prevention standards while collaborating with physicians and ancillary personnel. Evaluate patient progress, revise diagnoses and plans as appropriate, and provide patient education and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and EMR entries, report safety incidents through the Midas/RDE tool, and ensure all certifications and licenses remain current.
