Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Operating Room, PACU, or Perioperative levels using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Prioritize a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Maintain BLS certification valid through sixty days of hire and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care within a fast-paced clinical environment. This full-time role includes a 3-Year Incentive Bonus and up to 100% tuition reimbursement for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- BSN
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- BLS or CPR card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card good through sixty days of hire
- 2 years of OR experience
