Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU or Operating Room settings using the nursing process; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes; prioritize wellness with a patient-centered approach and evidence-based practice; model proficiency through precepting and supporting learners; contribute to safety and quality at the point of care; participate in ongoing education and training aligned with AORN/ABPANC standards; role includes clinical education support for competency validation during orientation; incentive programs and comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 years of OR experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
