Scrub in and circulate across diverse OR specialties including Robotics, Oncology, and Cardiac while managing complex surgeries with advanced technology. Serve as an integral perioperative team member, advocating for patients under anesthesia and collaborating with multidisciplinary providers on clinical decision-making. Maintain safety standards by reporting hazards and errors, supervising task delegation, and utilizing the nursing process to individualize care plans. Work evening shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm) with weekend and holiday coverage, including on-call rotation.
