Provide high-quality patient care in the surgical setting at the Level 1 Trauma Center Main Operating Room, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement while supervising and directing the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members. Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors, utilizing the nursing process to individualize the plan of care to address specific patient needs. Night shift, 40 hours per week, 9:00pm – 7:30am, with weekends, holidays, and on-call as assigned.
