Provide high-quality patient care in the surgical setting at the Level 1 Trauma Center Main Operating Room, working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to appropriate team members while consistently setting and evaluating priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes. Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors, and utilize the nursing process to integrate all aspects of care for individualized patient plans. Work night shifts from 9:00pm to 7:30am, 40 hours per week, with weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation as assigned.
