Scrub in and circulate across diverse OR specialties including Robotics, Surgical Oncology, and Neurology. Participate in complex surgeries utilizing state-of-the-art technology while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to maintain safety and infection control standards. Serve as an advocate for patients undergoing anesthesia or sedation, actively engaging in shared clinical decision-making and delegating tasks to appropriate team members. Report identified safety issues and consistently evaluate priorities through measurable interventions. This evening shift role at RWJBarnabas Health Morris Cancer Center requires 40 hours weekly with weekend and holiday coverage, including on-call rotation.
