Job Summary
RN - Operating Room/Circulator Nurse role in Dayton, OH. Provides direct patient care in the OR, utilizes the nursing process, coordinates care with the healthcare team, administers medications and treatments, educates patients and families, mentors staff, and participates in governance and quality improvement. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, active nursing license, BLS, ACLS and PALS certification, and OR experience preferred. Includes enhanced sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; full-time, day shift. EPIC charting system familiarity and leadership responsibilities within the unit are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- ACLS:Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
- PALS: Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
- 1+ years of OR Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
