Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders, established guidelines, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Maintain licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Georgia in good standing and hold Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Graduates of accredited nursing schools are required; a BSN and two years of RN experience are preferred. Additional life support credentials or clinical specialty certifications in specific units are advantageous. Visual color acuity is required depending on the specific unit assignment.
