Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice. Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner. Adhere to the case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior while delivering exceptional patient experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality standards. Requires an Associate's degree in nursing and AL state licensure, with BSN preferred and one year of experience. Must pass medication test and hold ACLS certification within one year of hire. Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and basic computer skills are essential.
