Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunities across Lee Health system in Southwest Florida, offering relocation support and a broad array of specialty areas (Med/Tele with PCU training, Progressive Care, Critical Care including ED/ICU, Dialysis, Home Health, Infection Prevention, Nursing Leadership roles, Oncology, Vascular Access, and more). The Open House format is a 10-minute text-based chat with a Nurse Recruiter to learn about role opportunities, culture, benefits, residency programs for new grads, and potential assignments ranging from seasonal ICU/ED/PCU to standard staff roles. Eligible candidates may explore Specialty training, shift differentials for night/evening shifts, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 403(b) retirement plan, and related professional development resources. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Nursing license
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health preferred

- Nurse residency program available for new graduates and experienced RNs
- Relocation support available for experienced RN candidates
