Job Summary
Virtual RN open house for Lee Health nursing opportunities in Southwest Florida. Attend a 10-minute one-on-one chat with a Nurse Recruiter (registration link provided) to learn about career opportunities across Med/Tele, Progressive Care, Critical Care, Home Health, and more. Relocation support offered for experienced RN candidates; inclusive benefits package and magnet-designated environment highlighted. Roles span from acute care units to specialty areas (Cardiac, Neuro/Stroke, Trauma, Oncology, Vascular Access, Infection Prevention, Nursing Leadership, and Residency programs). The session is informational, not an interview, with text-based chats available for exploring opportunities across multiple Lee Health facilities in Florida (and a Portland, OR hint via locations). Required RN license and relevant clinical experience; pathways include residency programs for new grads and experienced nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Med/Tele or related areas for PCU training; various specialties listed (Cardiac, Cardiothoracic Step-down, ICU/ED/OR, Home Health, Oncology, etc.)
- Relocation assistance available for experienced RN candidates
- Participation in virtual open house events is encouraged
- Nurse residency program available for newly graduated and experienced RNs
