Job Summary
Virtual RN Open House events hosted by Lee Health showcase Registered Nurse career opportunities across multiple specialties (Med/Tele, Progressive Care, Critical Care, Home Health) with relocation support for experienced candidates and a dedicated nurse-recruiter chat session. The session is informational, not an interview, and highlights benefits such as insurance options, PTO, retirement plan, residency opportunities for new graduates and experienced RNs, and a large nonprofit health system footprint in Southwest Florida. Opportunities may include assignments in ICU/ED, Cardiac, Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular Access, Oncology, and more, with a 10-minute one-on-one chat to learn about roles and scheduling. Shift differentials are noted for degreed night/evening positions and extensive Magnet achievements across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN (current RN license)
- Experience in Acute Care and Home Health
- Varied clinical experience across Med/Tele, Critical Care, Oncology, and other nursing specialties is a plus
