Job Summary
Informational RN Open House for Lee Health in Southwest Florida offering relocation support and a range of nursing opportunities within Acute Care, Home Health, and specialty units. Attend a 10-minute, text-based chat with a Nurse Recruiter during the June 17 event to learn about roles in Med/Tele, Progressive Care, Critical Care (ICU/ED/OR), Dialysis, Oncology, Vascular Access, Infection Prevention, Nursing Leadership, Residency programs for new grads and experienced RNs, and potential incentives. Highlights include Magnet environment involvement, competitive benefits (PTO, 403(b) with match, insurance options, PSLF eligibility), shift differentials for night/evening, and access to a large nonprofit health system with multiple facilities in Florida (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Bonita Springs) and other locations. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- RN license
- Experience in Acute Care or Home Health (minimum 1 year in PCU/Cardiac/Ortho/ICU/ED etc as applicable)
- Ability to participate in virtual/REMOTE informational sessions and in-person discussions as scheduled
